Terms of Service
These terms apply to authorized users of the FP Digital Portal at fpdigitalteam.com. By using the portal, you agree to follow these terms and any applicable FP Digital workplace policies. If you are not authorized to use the portal, do not access it.
Accounts and access
Use your own account and keep your sign-in information private. You are responsible for activity performed through your account. Do not share passwords, session links, or access tokens. Contact info@fpdigitalteam.com if you believe your account has been used without permission. FP Digital administrators may manage, suspend, or end portal accounts when access is no longer authorized or when needed to protect the service.
Acceptable use
Use the portal for authorized team work and in compliance with applicable law and workplace policies. Do not attempt to access another person's account or files without permission; interfere with the service; introduce malicious code; or use the portal to send unlawful, deceptive, or unauthorized communications. Upload and share only content you are permitted to use and disclose.
Your content
You keep the rights you hold in content you submit. You allow FP Digital and the service providers used by the portal to host, process, transmit, and display that content as needed to provide the workspace features you choose. Choose recipients and sharing options carefully; team content may be visible to other authorized workspace members.
Connected accounts and third-party services
Connecting Gmail is optional. If you connect it, you authorize the portal to access the Google account permissions shown on Google's consent screen and to perform the mail actions you request. You may revoke that access through your Google Account settings. Gmail data handling is described in the Privacy Policy.
The portal may connect to third-party services such as Google, Supabase, Netlify, LiveKit, YouTube, or GIPHY to provide selected features. Those services are subject to their own terms and privacy practices.
Service changes and availability
Features may change, and the portal may be temporarily unavailable for maintenance or due to a service-provider outage. Do not rely on the portal as the only copy of important information; keep appropriate copies according to your workplace policies.
Ownership
FP Digital and its licensors retain their rights in the portal software, branding, and materials. These terms do not transfer ownership of the portal or its components to users.
Applicable rights
These terms operate subject to applicable law. Nothing in them removes rights or protections that cannot legally be waived. For questions about the portal, contact info@fpdigitalteam.com.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as the portal changes. The effective date above identifies the latest revision. Continued use after an updated version is posted means you accept the revised terms to the extent permitted by applicable law.
